Job Responsibilities:

  1.  Prepares the check for the payment of invoices and other liabilities or expenses.
  2. Matches purchase orders with invoices.
  3. Conducts daily reconciliation of all bank accounts to ensure accuracy.
  4. Maintains an orderly voucher filing system.
  5. Complies with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements; assembles information for external auditors for the annual audit
  6. Prepares bank reconciliation for each bank account
  7. Prepares the check for the payment of invoices and other liabilities or expenses; Match purchase orders with invoices
  8. Processes accounts receivable/payable and handle bookkeeping in a timely manner; Perform partial checks of the posting process
  9. Performs ad hoc tasks for the department.


  1. Must be a graduate of Accounting, Finance Management or any trade equivalent
  2. Proficient in using MS or Google Office
  3. Solid understanding of accounting payable principles.
  4. Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
  5. Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  7. Able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
  8. Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations.
