Job Description:

Under general supervision but works independently and acts as an individual contributor
Responsible in collecting data and analysis in large and complex
Works with management to define requirements and meet business needs
Manage ad-hoc report requests submitted from management
Tracking of client deliverables, issue resolution, and client specific source
Maintains database and updates regularly
Responds to questions, receive and/or share information with peers, functional groups, staff and management within and outside departments
Provides reports to management


Qualifications:

Must have at least 2 years experience in BPO as a Reporting Analyst
College level or equivalent experience
Must have excellent English communications skills in both written and oral
Must have experience in client facing (US facing companies strongly preferred)
Must have experience in operations reports, performance reports, and attendance reports and other related reporting tasks
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an absolute must
Strong analytical and multitasking skills
Extensive attention to details
Must be amenable to working in US hours
Flexible - must exercise good judgment in managing priorities
