Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strengthens company’s brand awareness and appreciation among employees’ regular corporate announcements (employee and client milestones, company achievements, partnerships, events, etc.)
  2. Builds and maintains relationships while collaborating across the entire organization to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, providing high levels of internal customer service.
  3. Plays the vital role in the execution of the employee engagement strategy, working closely with the EE Manager and subordinates; supervises and executes activities in collaboration with the subordinates or in the absence of the subordinates
  4. Implements and analyses results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organization-wide improvement. 
  5. Organizes and supervises events relevant in raising employee experience and engagement and collaborates with Leaders in driving participation level at its peak
  6. Supervises events after end-to-end preparation up until post event evaluation that are objectively engaging and fun for the participants; Creates post event evaluation that are objective and essential to the development of employee engaging activities
  7. Executes and supervises strategies as decided by the management that will maintain the balance of Philanthropic, Social and Professional Development or also known as the Three Pillars of the company
  8. Supervises the execution of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative
  9. Coordinates with departments for their internal communication needs; collaborates with Marketing in strengthening brand awareness across the company
  10. Suggests budgetary needs of the department and business cases essential in determining the effectiveness of the projects being done by the department
  11. Oversees and maintains internal communication channels essential to the dissemination of information and maintenance of employees’ engagement
  12. Supervises the execution and implementation of new engagement platforms which will be integral to the improvement of the company’s organizational communications
  13. Creates and maintains relationships with vendors, partners, and the likes whether for event needs or for networking purposes.
  14. Prepares reports on metrics measuring the effectiveness of program initiatives to ensure the creation of meaningful progress
  15. Participate in conducting Root Cause Analysis of data and metrics on employee turnover and reduce the frequency of new hires and increase retention
  16. Supervises the regulation of corporate announcements; reviews submitted article for company’s newsletter and milestones
  17. Executes department's processes and projects properly as planned and agreed with the management; conducts and prepares post-evaluation surveys and analysis to have a data-driven method of understanding the strength and areas for improvement of each process and projects
  18. Sets S.M.A.R.T. goals for each project of the department to provide appropriate inputs and outputs aligned with the goals and objectives
  19. Prepares logistics for meetings and sessions to guide employees from different departments and levels about updates and proper execution of the processes and procedures owned by the department
  20. Keeps oneself updated with the latest and best practices by attending seminars and training related to the profession and have it applied in the existing process to continually improve it; creates processes related to the need of the company and in compliance with the standards set by the government and the organizations in which the company is part of

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development or any trade equivalent
  2. More than 3 years of experience in Human Resources specializing in Employee Engagement/Experience, at least 2 years in the same position
  3. Competent in Project and Events Management
  4. Has certification or equivalent training on Basic and Advanced Leadership and/or People Management
  5. Has attended 3 or more training for Events Management
  6. Has attended 3 or more training for Employee Engagement/Experience
  7. Excellent Business Acumen and Ethical Practice
  8. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  9. Proven track on employee management
