Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates Customer Database Development and Implementation
  2. Supports end-to-end Implementation processes
  3. Coordinates with multiple teams to maintain the database on a daily basis
  4. Collaborates with the global team on capturing workflow details and client information
  5. Responds to alerts and maintenance activities as directed, excellent communicator throughout
  6. Documents process needs and establishes methods for tracking progress on implementing changes to Company/Contact/Pipeline records
  7. Continuously learns about Hubspot Service Hub functionality and shares knowledge with the team members
  8. Identifies unforeseen delivery delays or other complications, and facilitates suitable interventions.
  9. Connects with team members and customers in different geographies.


  1. Graduate of Computer Science, Engineering, Business or any trade equivalent
  2. Minimum 2 years of related experience in client database management in a CRM environment (Preferably Hubspot)
  3. Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  4. Exceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal
  5. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications
  7. Experience coordinating & planning with clients directly highly preferred
  8. Proficiency in English spoken and written language
