Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
  2. Responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing, and updating the corporate compliance programs of the company
  3. Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed
  4. Conducts or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues
  5. Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
  6. Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
  7. Manages vendors and Auditors to any compliance of security standards.
  8. Responsible for periodic gathering of data required for security compliance.
  9. Ensure data integrity for all reports associated with Security Compliance.
  10. Work with the project team to deliver needed reports for adherence to compliance.
  11. Work with the Fraud team to strengthen compliance within the BPO operations.
  12. Provide low level reports of security breaches and adherence to SupportNinja information security policies and procedures to Fraud and Compliance Engineer.



  1. 2 years experience as Compliance Officer
  2. With strong analytical skill needed for the job
  3. Graduate of bachelor’s degree
  4. Willing to work in shifting schedules
  5. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or any related information security certification is an advantage
  6. With BPO work experience is an advantage
