Job Responsibilities:

  1. Training Administration
  1. Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering communications and comprehension skills enhancement
  2. Develops training curricula meeting instructional goals and objectives
  3. Formulates training outlines and determining instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
  4. Selects or developing training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
  5. Coordinates administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
  6. Evaluates effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
  7. Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, departments and/or external organizations
  8. Potentially leads and trains employees who is performing related work

Qualifications:

Education

  1. College Degree in any related field
  2. Graduate or advanced academic degree is a plus
  3. Certified Trainer is an advantage
  4. 1-2 years experience in the field of language, soft skills and/or communications training
  5. 2 years in a Specialist role
  6. Preferably with experience in training voice, chat and email accounts
  7. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  8. Implements training programs for entry-level using structured framework
  9. Able to interpret complex information and data
  10. Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
  11. Knowledgeable in measurement and evaluation preparation
  12. Good communication and platform skills
  13. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  14. Fosters unity and teamwork 
  15. Role model of company values and brand identity
  16. Able to work with tight deadlines and within constraints
