Job Summary: 

 

Responsible for managing and supporting the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs to facilitate the development of high performing teams. 

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Leads the design, development and implementation of programs and strategies tailored to meet OE goals; designs and executes key programmatic elements of the OE process. Evaluates strategies and programs to measure the achievement of established goals.
  • Provides consulting on large scale change management and organization design projects.
  • Manages the talent management/succession planning and individual development planning process for the enterprise.
  • Leads and provides direction for the enterprise-wide performance management process.
  • Oversees the development of competency models and tools used for selection/assessment. 
  • Provides consultative services to the business units regarding organizational effectiveness
  • Manages the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.
  • Provides advice to corporate staff on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
  • Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
  • Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
  • Develops and manages workforce dashboards including, calculations for retention, turnover and internal mobility rates and reporting on other key HR metrics, like time to fill and hiring costs
  • Assess results from employee performance reviews and recommends strategies to improve performance & productivity
  • Manages enterprise-wide mentoring programs; develops tools and resources to support mentoring efforts.

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data. 
  • Expert level competency in Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management.

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field and six years of progressively responsible experience in employee compensation
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as they apply to base compensation and incentive compensation programs, company policies, and operations.
