The Human Resources (HR) Associate supports the daily HR activities including timekeeping, maintaining
of HR documents and assisting in other HR administrative tasks. He/she is responsible for the day-to-day
management of HR operations by assisting the HR Business Partners and HR Director.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

1. Filing and maintaining employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
2. Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed
3. Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
4. Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
5. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
6. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Director and HR Business Partner
7. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of the meeting
8. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
9. Creates company IDs for new hires and other requests from employees
10. Handle leg work for the HR department
11. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering
the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.

1. He/she holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field or equivalent knowledge and understanding.
2. He/she must have at least 1-year experience as HR Assistant.
3. He/she has excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to communicate with employees and
suppliers at all levels.
4. He/she has knowledge in any HRIS.

5. He/she is knowledgeable in MS Office.
