Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develops marketing strategies in line with company objectives; Identifies SupportNinja’s main value proposition to potential applicants
  2. Creates and manages personas for the ideal agent profile
  3. Supervises recruitment  marketing activities of the company; Coordinates with the recruitment team  for marketing campaigns and sales activities
  4. Creates plans and publishes marketing materials in line with the company’s plans; plans and implements promotional campaigns
  5. Supervises and improves applicant generation campaigns to increase pipeline count and measures the trend of the results
  6. Collaborates with Employee Engagement in the management of the company’s brand and corporate identity
  7. Prepares online and printed marketing collaterals; Regulates company’s swag/collaterals production
  8. Monitors and reports trends and effectiveness of marketing communications, both internal and external; Maintains effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  9. Researches and analyzes potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing; Understands the job market  demand for the company’s positions evaluating the competitors and understanding what applicants are looking for. 
  10. Supervises and handles the company’s social media, public relation efforts, and content marketing; drives qualified traffic to the recruitment’s pipeline
  11. Experiments a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, publicity, social media, copywriting and performance analysis
  12. Produces valuable and engaging content for the company’s website and blog that attracts and converts target group
  13. Measures and reports the performance of campaigns, gain insight and assesses against goals
  14. Understands and analyzes marketing trends; captures consumer behavior and adjusts email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  15. Analyzes Search Engine Optimization to support the addition in online marketing
  16. Tracks all marketing data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to the management

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Major in Marketing or any trade equivalent
  2. More than 5 year of experience in Paid Acquisition Platforms; has thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Paid Search Platforms, etc.
  3. Excellent Business Acumen and Ethical Practice
  4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficient in GSuites or MS Office; experience with web analysis using a variety of analytical tools
