Employee Engagement Intern (OJT) will assist Employee Engagement with marketing products and services, but they will generally handle less critical marketing tasks than marketing managers, coordinators or assistants, and they may try out a variety of different marketing areas for experience.

 

Job Responsibilities

  1. Conduct research as assigned by Employee Engagement Head  on audience trends, and present findings to supervisors
  2. Observe and assist the Employee Engagement Head with pricing strategies
  3. Participate regularly in brainstorming sessions for the development of Employee Engagement campaigns, and take detailed notes of meetings
  4. Own one social media account, including the initial strategy creation and daily posting and engagement activities
  5. Research, plan and execute one engagement campaign over the period of a year under the direction and supervision of the Employee Engagement Head
  6. Follow up on the outcome of said campaign, and prepare a presentation going over the highlights
  7. Attend two trade shows per year and provide all administrative support necessary for Employee Engagement Head, including managing marketing materials, scheduling meetings and watching the company’s booth at times
  8. Carry out administrative and data entry-related tasks, and maintain organized files for marketing team

Job Skills & Qualifications :

  1. Completing a degree in a related field such as Human Resources, business, or marketing.
  2. Multi-media & graphic designing experience is a plus
  3. Passion for learning and growing in the marketing field
  4. Demonstrated communication and creative skills (educational examples accepted)
  5. Ability to work well on a team
  6. Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga
