Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates Process Development and Implementation; Supports end-to-end Implementation processes
  2. Assists in conducting interviews for all new accounts and provide feedback
  3. Provides accurate data in defining and facilitating program planning and implementation.
  4. Works closely with the Implementation manager on account and process improvement, planning, and development.
  5. Oversees the implementation Supervisor account work plans, ensuring that resources are available (recruitment, training, and operations) for work at home and inhouse account set up
  6. Establishes management systems to ensure the smooth running of account activities.
  7. Assists the Implementation supervisor in monitoring their account work plans and client deliverables to ensure the account will achieve the results anticipated within the resources and time allocated.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  2. Exceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal
  3. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications
  5. Proficiency in English spoken and written language
  6. Presentation skills
  7. Process creation and documentation expert
  8. Experience coordinating & planning with clients directly
