PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist is directly responsible to help grow SupportNinja’s site FTE headcount by ensuring all hiring ramps are closed by exploring the talent market and developing a pool of applicants through different channel sources. The Recruitment Sourcing Officer will report directly to the Recruitment Supervisor.



Technical Function

  1. Liaise with external organizations such as schools, universities, government agencies, and other institutions related to manpower sourcing to establish a continuous source of applicant pool from different demographics in response to the growing and unique recruitment needs of SupportNinja
  2. Managing social media and LinkedIn responses (answering applicants' inquiries + connecting and sending invitation messages through Social Media and other platforms including newsletter creation)
  3. Acts as the main point of contact in coordination with linkages and partnership with universities,  government agencies and other establishments that would help promote SNI brand as an employer of choice for potential applicants.
  4. Acts as the main point of contact and responsible in coordination with job fairs and university fairs
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals by attending industry networking and career development events to proactively recruit candidates.
  6. Keeps abreast of the market best practices in recruitment and staffing, and implement appropriate best practices customized to SN’s needs
  7. Responsible for scouting potential job matches using online sites to network and engage with people in certain professional backgrounds that would be a good match and coordinate with Marketing Team to post ads where prospects would be likely to discover them.
  8. Persuade and collaborate with department counterparts to meet deadlines and produce exceptional outcomes related to recruitment turnaround time and lead time processing
  9. Coordinate with Marketing Team to create and post job advertisements accurately and in a timely manner
  10. Maintain a Social Media Channel Tracker for reports and analysis purposes
  11. Contact prospective applicants who have expressed interest through social media channels
  12. Monitor and keeps up-to-date subscription of our JobStreet and other online recruitment platforms
  13. Actively attend and participate in recruitment-related meetings outside of the office
  14. Engages proficiently in candidate screening (phone and in-person), interviewing, and reference and background checks of shortlisted applicants
  15. Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  16. Communicates employer information and benefits during screening process and maintains relationships with both internal and external clients using campaign ads and adverts

 Administrative Function

  1. Embody and manifest the Company Core Values in daily work
  2. Send daily, weekly, and monthly report to immediate supervisor and related parties of the organization
  3. Exhibit outstanding salesmanship and camaraderie towards hiring managers
  4. Updates and maintains all marketing and recruitment-related database in an organized manner
  5. Understand, and interpret all marketing and recruitment-related data to come up with strategies for process improvement
  6. Proposes potential projects in relation with recruitment-related internal and external marketing activations
  7. Drafts and discuss Training Offer document to successful candidates
  8. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team including assisting with maintaining recruitment unit files, accounts, trackers, templates and guides
  9. Administers initial recruitment exams before endorsing to Recruitment Officers/Supervisor for initial interview.
  10. Coordinate internally with hiring managers for scheduling of interviews and follows up on feedback for shortlisting
  11. Endorses pertinent pre-employment requirements to HR for new hire completion
  12. Completes all encoding of applicant-related information into the recruitment-related apps or online tools for data collection and documentation
  13. Stays current on company’s organization structure, personnel policies, and relevant laws regarding employment practices
  14. Works with other administration departments for proper alignment of processes and attaining the overall company objectives set for the period in terms of employee ramp up and overall company strategies




  1. College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field
  2. Registered Psychometrician is a plus

  1. Must have 1 or more experience in the field of Recruitment and Marketing.
