Job Responsibilities:

  1. Full Project life cycle ownership: manages on-time delivery of project deliverables, within the scope and within budget.
  2. Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  3. Develops a detailed project plan for execution, deployment, and implementation to monitor and track progress.
  4. Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, following established approval processes.
  5. Determines resource requirements and manages its appropriation.
  6. Performs Risk Management to minimize project risks.
  7. Manages relationships with all stakeholders.
  8. Provides Leadership for Project Team: Manages project tracking, documentation, and task delegation as needed.
  9. Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  10. Performs other related duties as assigned.



  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 3-5 years work experience, in a related field.
  2. Corresponding experience in buildout projects, with experience in construction and implementation, networking and technology capabilities, and process and manpower solutions.  
  3. Experience in handling Projects here and abroad is preferred.
  4. Background in Client implementations is preferred.
  5. PMP® certification (is a plus)
  6. ITIL® Foundation v3 certification, or any equivalent (is a plus)
