Social Media Coordinator is to implement SupportNinja’s Organic Social Media strategy and increase engagement across platforms in order to increase brand awareness, generate organic leads and engagement with our audience. This is done by working closely with the Brand Strategist to ensure social media strategies are implemented on time and strategies are adhered to consistently and proactively.

Salary : 22,000 to 25,000 Php all-in (Negotiable depending on experience)

Job Scope

What you will be doing for SupportNinja:

  1. Manage SupportNinja’s Organic Social Media Platforms per brand strategy (messages, comments, last minute posts, employee Facebook group)
  2. Implement Organic Social Media Strategy
  3. Create and analyze basic reports for Social Media platforms based on brand strategy and KPIs
  4. Work closely with the Brand Strategist to ensure schedule is ready to go 3-4 weeks in advance (track down posting items needed from key contacts, etc.)
  5. Create written content for editorial calendar
  6. Schedule posts via Hootsuite across all pages & groups
  7. Reply to messages, comments, and reviews per strategy
  8. Escalate messages/responses to Brand Strategist when needed
  9. Work closely with Brand Strategist to create on-site stories and last-minute posts
  10. Monitor and escalate mentions to Brand Strategist to appear on main brand pages
  11. Monitor and escalate private Ninja Hideout Facebook group for employees to Brand Strategist
  12. Work closely with the Production Artist, Employee Engagement, and Recruiting to move required media through queue for posting
  13. Escalate all concerns, issues, questions, etc. to Brand Strategist or Marketing Director as they arise
  14. Pull organic data from sources using Funnel
  15. Create and update reports in Google Data Studio and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years experience, BPO experience with social media, project management, obvious social media presence (must have a strong Facebook and Instagram account themselves, etc.)
  2. Project management as needed.
  3. Strong English proficiency (writing, etc.)
  4. Strong technology proficiency (social media platforms and other tools), social media background, self starter.
  5. Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
  6. Willing to work in shifting schedule
