WHAT’S INVOLVED?


 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The Human Resources (HR) Generalist handles a variety of personnel related administrative duties
and supports daily HR activities including timekeeping, and assists in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant
documents. Also responsible for the day-to-day management of HR operations by assisting the HR Business Partners and HR
Director.

 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO?

 

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
1. Files and maintains employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
2. Completes processing of new hires and existing employees’ paperwork related to compensation & benefits,
timekeeping, schedules, working conditions, etc.
3. Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
4. Prepares government reports as to remain in compliance related to compensation and benefits.
5. Assists in day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
6. Provides clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager and HR Business Partners
7. Coordinates HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and takes minutes of the meeting
8. Deals with employees’ requests and concerns regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
9. Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
10. Addresses concerns pertaining to the HRIS

Qualifications:

1. Holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field or equivalent knowledge and understanding.
2. Must have at least 1-year experience as an HR generalist or 2 years experience as HR Assistant.
3. Has excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with employees and suppliers at all
levels.
4. Must have an exposure on Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management
Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, People Skills, Retaining Employees.
5. Knowledgeable in any HRIS.
6. Knowledgeable in MS and Google Office.
