PRIMARY SCOPE: The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for sourcing & increasing the number of qualified leads entering the sales pipeline. This is done by researching and  developing  a  strong understanding of the SupportNinja target market, keeping up to date on trends and needs, and being efficient in lead sourcing technology and tools.



Identify new prospects, points of contact, and sales opportunities through research and analytics based on Target Market

Maintain a robust pipeline of leads for sales team and outbound campaigns

Utilize customized scoring system to make sure key data points are in the system for each lead sourced

Stay up to date on customer and value trends to connect our services to these trends

Work in tandem with the marketing team to improve lead generation processes and identify new sourcing opportunities



At least 1-2 of data mining, research, or lead generation experience

Strong technology/computer skills

Experience using a CRM or contact management software

Research and inquisitive mind; able to look at data from different perspectives

Able to demonstrate a consistent desire to learn and stay on top of marketing trends and information

Capable of performing market research and able to implement a plan of action

Is a nerd for data, automation, and process improvement

Work with the Marketing Operations Specialist to keep data clean in CRM (HubSpot)

Provide support on departmental projects as need/time arises
