The Director of Marketing is responsible for increasing the number of qualified prospects entering the sales pipeline. This is done by improving brand recognition, expanding into new channels, and tracking and investing in high ROI opportunities.

 

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearly track leads through the funnel, giving us clear CoA and ROI per channel
  • Set up marketing automation across channels
  • Developing new marketing channels (events, direct mail, SEM, social)
  • Manage and lead the marketing team
  • Developing and managing the outbound campaigns
  • Help in ideation and creation of marketing design collateral
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines and voice across mediums
  • Manage and maintain the website and its component parts
  • Manage a scaling marketing budget 
  • Be a proactive member of the leadership team
  • Work hand in hand with our sales team
  • Oversee the Philippines marketing team, and increase the number of applicants 

 

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of marketing management experience
  • Performance marketing approach
  • Expert in excel and data models
  • A creative design eye
  • Has managed a team of highly successful marketers
  • Managed and ran successful outbound email campaigns 
  • Professional lifecycle management experience
  • Expert knowledge with Google Adwords, Facebook, and other paid media platforms 
  • Able to demonstrate consistent desire to learn and stay on top of marketing trends and information
  • Capable of performing market research and able to implement a plan of action
  • Is a nerd for automation and process improvement
