JOB SCOPE : The Hybrid Customer Service Experts prepares correspondences and fulfill client needs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


Job Responsibilities: 

  1. Answer all incoming inquiries related to the Foundation's online contact form and Grantee Forms. Escalate specific inquiries as defined by the client.
  2. Make suggestions and/or recommendations when applicable for new templated responses or updates for current templates. Must be proactive in bringing up any issues seen with Grantee Forms or any general inquiries that raise a red flag or could potentially impact the Foundation's reputation.



  1. Excellent written communication skills and good judgment, appropriate tone.
  2. Ability to think of potential consequences coming from responses and how that impacts the reputation of the client.
  3. Experience with Salesforce,SoftwareSalesforce training.
  4. Can work in shifting schedule.
  5. Can work in Clarkfreeport Zone, Pampanga
