What it’ll be like

As a key player on SupportNinja’s Team, you will work out of our Austin, TX headquarters (“The Dojo”) and collaborate with team members in The Philippines (“The Hideout”). This role is expected to be an expert in setting up systems and coming up with creative solutions. 

  • Prepare and manage paid media campaigns
  • Lead our social media messaging and strategy
  • Build our brand internally with existing customers while finding new opportunities for strategic exposure.
  • Create an editorial calendar and do some blog posting while we work to find a dedicated content creator. Then syndicate the blog posts on our websites, find guest post opportunities and post press releases.
  • Perform A/B conversion tests on our website and landing pages
  • Review the analytics for all available reporting tools and combine it with your critical thinking skills to figure out new marketing strategies.
  • Constantly configure and optimize our Google Adwords, Retargeting and Facebook ad efforts in an effort to increase quality traffic for our recruitment and sales efforts.
  • Save the world. Ha, just kidding - we'll leave that to our clients.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of marketing experience.
  • Knowledge with Google Adwords, Facebook, and other forms of paid media.
  • Able to demonstrate a consistent desire to learn and stay on top of marketing trends and information.
  • Capable of performing market research and able to implement a plan of action.
  • Is a nerd for automation and process improvement.
