A Day in the Life
Develop and engage with your own established network to influence and move forward new customers. Build relationships with both existing and new prospects. Find solutions to problems. Make people’s lives easier and more effective. Sound good? These are the things that our Sales team gets to focus on while they manage potential customers each day. They are opportunity finders and are looking to not just find new customers, but build lasting partnerships with the people they are engaging with. We’ll provide you with leads to pursue in addition to your own network. The sky's the limit on success. Yes, there is the normal tracking in a CRM each day, but you have the freedom to operate and pursue your leads however works best for you.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Contract Position paid monthly based on closed opportunities
  • 2%-8% uncapped commission on all opportunities closed based on size of customer (annual contracts with customers) - chance to earn $150K+ each year with an unlimited earning potential.
  • $500 monthly stipend
  • Leads provided, freeing up time to network and uncover self-generated leads which equal an even higher financial reward.


Training & Development
Thorough training on SupportNinja and our offerings will be provided upon start. We will get you up and running as quickly as possible. A 90-day action plan will be created to help move you toward success.

What we expect from you

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a heavily commission focused position.
  • Self-motivated with your own strategies and approaches for finding and closing opportunities.
  • Strong, established network of contacts to leverage.
  • Ability to manage a large amount of leads in your pipeline at various stages.
  • History of success in hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Utilize the provided CRM (HubSpot) and basic tools for managing your pipeline.
  • Provide your own laptop and phone.
