Job Responsibilities:

  1. Prepares incident reports on all critical security, safety, crisis, and business continuity matters to be communicated to the business leaders including the Admin Leadership Team, Operations Leadership Team, and Executive Team.
  2. Supports and assists in the creation and execution of the intelligence program being managed by the BCSM to support the safety of the employees, assets, infrastructure, & intellectual property before, during, and after a business interruption.
  3. Consolidates and records all safety and security assessments for all ingress and egress operations related to the Business Continuity Plan.
  4. Suggests improvement of the process of identifying the need for new technologies and the upgrade of current security standards; Supports investigative efforts.
  5. Acts as a technical writer upon the creation of policies and procedures to address the organization-wide Business Continuity plans.
  6. Conducts strategic analysis to support the company in the identification of business risks, threat, and impact.
  7. Coordinates the alignment and integration of Business Continuity Plan for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Evaluates and records compliance activities including business impact analysis, business continuity planning, conducts drills and other business continuity awareness activities.
  9. Responsible for risk assessment, business impact analysis, incident response, plan development and maintenance. 
  10. Facilitate, drive and oversee the overall implementation of activities relating to the Business Continuity Management Program. 
  11. Coordinate with the senior management team during events or potential unplanned business interruptions and provide direction, as appropriate, in the execution of Business Continuity processes. 
  12. Creates business continuity, security, and safety training and awareness campaigns and programs for all levels of the organization.
  13. Develop and establish an ongoing awareness and training programs for employees. 
  14. Oversee the planning, coordination and scheduling of business continuity testing and exercises to validate plans, requirements and overall readiness. 
  15. Serves as an analyst for the Business Continuity; Researches and creates plans and reports related to the Business Continuity efforts.
  16. Prepares logistics for training and evaluation of BCP preparation and compliance; Provides relevant insights and recommendations for the continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management.
  17. Assist in internal and client audits as needed.
  18. Send timely internal communication of updates and trends of potential impacts. 
  19. Support the development and maintenance of enterprise business continuity policies, standards, and guidelines through new client implementation. 
  20. Supervise timely completion of Business Continuity related deliverables across SupportNinja and NinjaGlobal enterprise. 
  21. Ensure personnel with specific Business Continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfill their roles in the Business Continuity Program. 
  22. Provide recommendations to help mitigate identified risks through the appropriate use of technical, procedural, and administrative controls.

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree relevant to BCP & Management is highly desirable
  2. Proven experience in Business Continuity Management
  3. 2+ years of experience in cross-functional teams; more than a year of experience in Business Continuity Planning and Management
  4. Certification as a Business Continuity professional is preferred.
  5. A high level of analytical skills is required
  6. Knowledge of the accurate process, policies, and communication trail creation is a must
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  8. Strong problem-solving skills 
  9. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality
