Outsourcing as a service is our superpower. We help B2B (mostly SaaS) companies scale their business by providing a team of “Ninjas” based out of our remote office in the Philippines. Our clients include everything from a popular ride-sharing company to an app you can book hotels with. We focus exclusively on supporting the needs of the world’s fast-growing companies.

 

What you’ll be up to

We are looking for an enthusiastic Community Manager to help us with our marketing efforts and to manage a new project we are working on called CXC (cxcouncil.com). You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to promotion. This is everything from optimizing the emails that get added to our lead gen list, implementing paid advertising strategies, creating webinars, blog content, optimizing the website, hosting events, doing A/B conversion testing and handling Press Releases - all while carefully looking at the analytics behind every move.

You will get to work with executives from the coolest brands. Examples include Airbnb, Fossil, Twitter, PWC, Blue Apron, Evernote, Facebook, and Zendesk.

CXC (Customer Experience Council) is a private group geared towards Customer Experience Leadership roles. Members of the group get to make valuable connections with other leaders working in their role, sort through challenges being faced with the group for ideas, get a mentor for on-going personal development, and receive a pile of CX resources. If you are an entrepreneur at heart this position will be perfect for you as you look to grow and develop the CXC group.

Marketing isn’t a 9-5 job; neither is running a startup. We’re a team of highly ambitious and independent entrepreneurs who love working together and spending time on moving the needle. We live on slack and frequently take company retreats during the year.

 

What it’ll be like

  • Create, execute and measure the results of our online digital marketing efforts.
  • Fluently use our CRM (HubSpot) to build and track successful campaigns.
  • Build CXC membership and develop existing members.
  • Work with leaders in the company to create Webinars that can be joined by our existing and prospective customers as a free method of teaching them something about outsourcing or business process management.
  • Create an editorial calendar and do some blog posting while we work to find a dedicated content creator. Then syndicate the blog posts on our websites, find guest post opportunities and post press releases.
  • Review the analytics for all available reporting tools and combine it with your critical thinking skills to figure out our new marketing strategies.
  • Save the world. Hah, just kidding.

 

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of some kind of marketing experience
  • Experience working with networking groups and/or building a partnership network
  • You’ve run and managed successful outbound email campaigns
  • Knowledge with Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other retargeting tools
  • Able to demonstrate a consistent desire to learn and stay on top of marketing trends and information.- 
  • Capable of performing market research and able to implement a plan of action
  • Is a nerd for automation and process improvement!
