WHAT’S INVOLVED?


 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works closely with the company’s managers to
develop HR agenda that will support the overall goals of the company. He/she coordinates with the management to put
in place the policies and practices of the employees of the company that are aligned to the operational needs of the
business.

 

WHAT YOU GET TO DO?

 

 

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
1. Serves as a resource person on Human Resource related problem solving, dispute resolution, and policies and
procedures creation
2. Provides expertise in Human Resource policies and procedures relating to Employee Relations
3. Provides necessary guidance to leaders on grievance handling and following the due process
4. Analyzes trends related to employee relations; causes of attrition and other employment related concerns
5. Addresses and resolves complex employee relations concerns and grievances
6. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase
productivity and retention
7. Monitors and creates report on workforce and succession planning
8. Suggests new strategies in improving employee retention and lessen grievance rate
9. Promotes HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
10. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
11. Provides support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve
issues and problems
12. Prepares and updates employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
13. Conducts New Hire Orientation and policies & procedures refresher to explain thoroughly existing and upcoming
Human Resource related topics.
14. Addresses any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations, etc.
15. Prepares reports relating to employee grievances as to remain in compliance

Qualifications:
1. Holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field or equivalent knowledge and
understanding.
2. Must have at least 2 years experience as an HR Practitioner – HR Specialist or HR Officer.
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with employees and
suppliers at all levels.
4. Must have an exposure on Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork,
Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships,
People Skills, Retaining Employees.
5. Knowledgeable in any HRIS
6. Knowledgeable in MS and Google Office.
