Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

 

The ideal candidate will lead and build a team of Business Development Representatives, with a focus on prospect outreach to drive opportunities for the Sales Team. The BDR Team is a rapidly growing operation of our fast growing Company. This person will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and motivating a world class team of BDRs. The BDR Manager will work closely with the Sales Manager to build KPIs, processes, and strategy that will define the future of SupportNinja’s outbound sales program.

 

  • Develop Business Development Representatives (BDR) Team, which includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training new Representatives on the SupportNinja process.
  • Lead a team of outbound Sales Reps responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and sourcing business for the top of the funnel.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility of team performance while maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and improvement and build strategy to address these areas.
  • Monitor team activity and results while managing an ongoing quota
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team to generate new strategies for expanding SupportNinja’s sales pipeline, while consistently meeting goals

 

Qualifications:

 

Must Have Skills/Experience

 

  • 2 to 4 years of Inside Sales Management experience, including leading a lead gen team
  • Experience hiring top talent
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Proven track record of success in driving qualified opportunities
  • Strong technology/computer skills
  • Experience using a CRM or contact management software
  • Research and inquisitive mind; able to look at data from different perspectives
  • Able to demonstrate a consistent desire to learn and stay on top of sales trends and information
  • Is a nerd for data, automation, and process improvement
