Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates with the trainers and the Training Supervisor in ensuring that training objectives are met in all the trainings being handled (whether in-house or virtual training)
  2. Participates actively in the training calls and in training preparations
  3. Works with the assigned trainer and training lead for the scheduling, and the communication of the schedule of the training calls
  4. Ensures all statutory training requirements are met prior to the actual training, in assistance with the assigned trainer
  5. Coordinates the Training Supervisor in the allocation of the accounts for each trainer
  6. Coordinates the Training Supervisor in the scheduling of the training, and that the training timelines are being followed strictly
  7. Coordinates with the Recruitment Team and/or Yubo Trainer for the newly-endorsed trainees, ensuring that the trainees have the required equipment for the training
  8. Fosters and maintains a positive and professional learning environment
  9. Monitors the trainees’ weekly schedule and daily time records
  10. Ensures the trainees’ adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct
  11. Coordinates with HR and Training Lead for any trainee's non-compliance on the company's policies
  12. Safe keeps all training-related equipment, materials, and documents
  13. Conducts training for generally applicable courses to ensure retention and transfer of learning, as necessary and as assigned by the Training Supervisor
  14. Provides mentoring to improve performance and follow-up information to assist coaching and support for management.
  15. On-boards new trainees about SupportNinja and the Training process. 

Qualifications:

  1. Graduate of any 4-year course from an accredited university or institution; related working experience not required, undergraduates are entertained
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clientele in a diverse workplace
  3. Teaching and facilitation skills is required
  4. High organizational, time management & coordinating skills is a must
  5. Ability to determine training objectives
  6. Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology
  7. Skill in preparing instructional aids and plans
