Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through interview and assessments; Should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

The Recruiter will source for qualified leads, interview high-potential candidates, create job descriptions, meet with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs, extend offers and create offer letters, create reports and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for current and for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via Zoom, phone or in-person; Mostly Zoom.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Manage ATS, Company Job Boards and Sourcing Channels (Company Careers Page, Social Media, LinkedIn and other Job Boards)

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience recruiting for US Based hiring roles
  • Strong recruiting experience in both active recruiting (candidate hunting) and passive recruiting (working with candidates from job ad applications)
  • BPO volume recruitment experience highly desired
  • RPO experience is a plus
  • Experience in using G-Suite, Slack, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions
  • High-energy and passion; Hungry for growth and can work and effectively move in a Company that is in Hyper-growth Phase
  • Must be open to working in the Night Shift; 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
