Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for handling all events and activities of the company.
  2. Handles the sponsorship for partnership.
  3. Researches for activities and recommends most appropriate Employee Engagement programs and prepares needed materials as part of the preparation
  4. Assist in company events and logistics.
  5. Assists in creating graphics for EE’s use in different platforms; handles online video production as will be instructed by the EE Manager.
  6. Spearheads designs to be used by Employee Engagement in cascading important and relevant information to the organization
  7. Assists in strengthening the company’s brand awareness and appreciation among employees’ regular corporate announcements (employee and client milestones, company achievements, partnerships, events, etc.)
  8. Assists in maintaining professional relationships among employees while collaborating across the entire organization to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, providing high levels of internal customer service.
  9. Serves as a resource person of the employee engagement strategy, working closely with the EE Manager and other departments.
  10. Maintains the balance of Philanthropic, Social, and Professional Development or also known as the Three Pillars of the company
  11. Assists the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.
  12. Coordinates with departments for their internal communication needs; collaborate with Marketing in strengthening brand awareness across the company.
  13. Assists unit heads/leaders in maintaining the effectiveness of EE programs and events; conduct post-event evaluations, collect data and creates reports to be submitted to the Employee Engagement Manager to understand the events’ strengths and points of improvements.
  14. Assists in preparing reports on metrics measuring the effectiveness of program initiatives to ensure the creation of meaningful progress.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development, or any trade equivalent.
  2. Has at least 1 year of experience in handling events and activities; At least 1 year of experience in doing events management; experience in virtual events is a plus
  3. Knowledgeable in using different virtual platforms like Zoom, Facebook Live, YouTube, Google meets, etc.;Plus factor if one has experience in graphics, video editing, Adobe Creative cloud (this suite includes all the creative apps a person in this position should work in - Canva or Apps like Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing, Adobe Photoshop for any image editing or creation, and Adobe After Effects for any motion graphics that need to be created)
  4. Has attended 1  or 2  training for Events Management, Employee Engagement/Experience; People-oriented. 
  5. Excellent Business Acumen and Ethical Practice
  6. Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  7. High sense of Proactiveness, Time Management, and able to multitask.
