Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assists in strengthening the company’s brand awareness and appreciation among employees’ regular corporate announcements (employee and client milestones, company achievements, partnerships, events, etc.)
  2. Helps in maintaining professional relationships among employees while collaborating across the entire organization to understand and meet employee engagement requirements, providing high levels of internal customer service
  3. Serves as a resource person of the employee engagement strategy, working closely with the EE Manager and other departments
  4. Provides expertise in employee engagement and experience interventions
  5. Serves as secretariat during employee engagement programs and activities to ensure all are carried out according to the program and schedule
  6. Prepares documentation requirements of programs being conducted by the Employee Engagement Department
  7. Maintains the balance of Philanthropic, Social and Professional Development or also known as the Three Pillars of the company
  8. Assists the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative
  9. Coordinates with departments for their internal communication needs; collaborates with Marketing in strengthening brand awareness across the company
  10. Assists unit heads/leaders in maintaining the effectiveness of EE programs and events; conducts post-event evaluations, collects data and creates reports to be submitted to the Employee Engagement Manager to understand the events’ strengths and points of improvements
  11. Researches and recommends most appropriate Employee Engagement programs and prepares needed materials as part of the preparation
  12. Assists in preparing reports on metrics measuring the effectiveness of program initiatives to ensure the creation of meaningful progress
  13. Initiates and/or recommends engagement activities to continually upgrade employee experience initiatives
  14. Regulates the corporate announcements; proofreads article for company’s newsletter and milestones


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organization Development or any trade equivalent
  2. More than 2 years of experience in Human Resources specializing in Employee Engagement/Experience
  3. Competent in Project and Events Management
  4. Has certification or equivalent training on Basic Leadership and/or People Management
  5. Has attended 2 or 3 training for Events Management
  6. Has attended 2 or 3 training for Employee Engagement/Experience
  7. Excellent Business Acumen and Ethical Practice
  8. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  9. Proven track on employee management
