Position Overview

 

As a Training Specialist, you will be working hand in hand with the Operations department in preparing competent, knowledgeable and skilled representatives. Here at Support Ninja Inc., we drive for excellence and success to each employee hence training is a major part of it and you will be responsible in preparing our representatives in providing excellent services to our clients.

Major Job Duties

·                     Conduct training for all generally applicable courses using a variety of training methods and styles (i.e., Adult Learning Theory) to ensure retention and transfer of learning. Such courses include Account Orientation.

·                     Develop specialized coursework with the approval and direction of shore side Training and Development.

·                     Provide constructive feedback to improve performance and follow-up information to assist coaching and support for management.

·                     Create innovative curricula to support key business initiatives.

·                     Partner with the Team Managers, to bring new hires from the classroom to proficiency on schedule and at quality.

·                      

·                     Excellent in presenting and facilitating presentations.

·                     Working hand in hand with the account management team in coordinating with clients on how their system works and other training needs of representatives that will be assigned to them.

·                     Conducts training programs to new and current employees

·                     Participates in learning activities and professional development to improve individual skills

·                     Driving and primary focus of this role is to maintain and enhance employees’ knowledge, skills and ability to achieve service excellence.

·                     Oversees the Planning of Training and works with Resource department to schedule training sessions.

 

 

 

 

Essential Job Competencies

·                     Bachelor’s or College degree.

·                     Minimum 1yr management experience.

·                     People Management.

·                     Ability to work with a wide range of people and build strong relationships.

·                     Strong communication skills; both verbal and written by being constructive and professional.

 

Other Skills/Abilities/Success Factors

·                     Project Management Skills.

·                     Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Documents.

·                     Strong analytical skills, that could interpret data, identify trends and has sound judgement in giving suggestions for improvements.

·                     Willing to work on night shift and holidays.

·                     Highly analytical with strong problem solving, leadership and good interpersonal skills

·                     Knowledge and understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and eLearning development tools

·                     Strong experience in curriculum development within a Customer Support environment.
