Your one-stop printing solution for screenprint, DTG, sublimation, and posters. The role of Support Ninja, Inc. is to provide support on the following LOBs (Moderation and Design Info, TeeChip CS Emails and TeeChip Pro CS Emails and Claim. 

Job Description:

  • Photo Moderation - Review photos for compliance based from requirements set by the client
  • Email Support (Help Desk) - Answer incoming email tickets from users who need support.
  • Tasks includes Tracking, Processing of Reprints/Replacement, Refunds and Cancelation of Orders
  • Phone Support - Soon (Account Mangament)

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills - verbal, written and active listening.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Personable and proactive in handling customer issues.
  • Able to multi-task and can work under minimal supervision
  • Experience working in a BPO industry is a plus but not a requirement.
