Sales Manager help build relationships with tech CEO’s and industry movers and shakers. We have a professional relationship with each of our clients, and we firmly believe that this relationship starts with the sales process. We are looking for someone that can manage and evaluate different sales channels and give proactive suggestions to leadership.
 

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture rapport with influential managers and executives alike.
  2. Constantly running new experiments to try out new strategies.
  3. Daily coaching of sales staff
  4. Partner with the CEO to generate a high volume of outbound activities to support a healthy pipeline that progresses the business forward, while also further developing your own sales skills.
  5. Achieve and exceed monthly quotas of closed business.
  6. Report sales activities in our CRM.
  7. Recommend process enhancements for demand generation efforts and offer suggestions to improve up-selling/cross-selling.
  8. Manage and lead a sales teams metrics and expectations.
  9. Coach and provide insight on areas of improvement.
  10. Hire and develop the best sales people.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience handling 20+ Sales People in a BPO/Call Center Sales setting as Sales Manager or above
  3. Proven track record in Sales and fundamentals of Outbound and Inbound Sales management
  4. Strong teamwork acumen with a profound ability to work under extreme pressure.
  5. management experience, good interpersonal skills, metrics driven.
  6. Willing to work in shifting schedule.
  7. Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
