Primary Objectives:

The Recruitment Admin Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruiter Admin Assistant assists with the screening and interview process, and provides other support, as needed.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Supports talent acquisition efforts by assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference checks, background check, and offer letter process; conducts paper screening & pre-initial interview screenings
  2. Performs end-to-end recruitment to all role types
  3. Coordinates with the client’s recruitment team in planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  4. Maintains candidate relationship after being forwarded from sourcing to onboarding; Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  5. Coordinates regularly with hiring managers and client services for business and hiring demands
  6. Assesses candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using available Applicant Tracking System
  7. Prepares and routes applicant’s files for final acceptance; Receives final acceptance from hired applicants and issues list of requirements for strict compliance
  8. Conducts pre-employment exams and/or trade test and evaluates results of applicants
  9. Coordinates to external linkages on hiring activities to create a comprehensive pool of talents for the continuous requirement of the client
  10. Suggests and implements recruiting plans and strategies as collaborated and as advised by the client to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
  11. Builds and maintains networks of contacts in different institutions, universities, trade groups, association memberships, social media, and referrals from existing employees
  12. Keeps updated with the current best practices in recruitment

 

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource or any related field
  2. With at least 1 year of related experience in Recruitment, Staffing, and Mass Hiring.
  3. Must be well-rounded in the end-to-end recruitment process from Manpower Request to Onboarding.
  4. Must be organized, results-driven, and must show passion in Recruitment.
  5. Must have people handling skills, Customer Service oriented, and can meet tight deadlines
  6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  7. Good communication and platform skills
  8. Business acumen and ethical practice
  9. Able to manipulate simple to complex information and data
  10. Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
  11. Well-versed and comfortable with in person and phone networking 
  12. Keen to details
