Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Administers all business units and analyze financial risks recommend effective solutions
  2. Establishes and maintains financial reports and business plans
  3. Prepares financial budgets and plans and analyzes various outlooks for the same
  4. Leads and manages all financial review processes, which include annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly and weekly flashes
  5. Reviews and assists on pricing activities related to accounts that will be implemented within the Philippines
  6. Prepares a balance sheet for various business units and ensure the effectiveness of the process
  7. Supervises account reconciliation manages all commercial accounts, and updates journal units
  8. Oversees month-end closing of accounts, identify issues, compare with year-ago results and projections
  9. Manages all external filings and prepares management reports
  10. Reviews all financial policies, operating processes and analyzes results, and ensure compliance in relation to business control requirements
  11. Maintains a controlled environment for all financial anomalies and issues
  12. Analyzes business processes and develop cost-saving controls


  1. Graduate of Accountancy, Financial Management or any trade equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years of solid senior manager experience in Financial control in the BPO industry
  3. Proven experience as a Pricing Analyst in a BPO setting
  4. Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  5. Exceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal
  6. Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications; both Excel and Sheets
  8. Exceptional level of discretion and confidentiality; Firm understanding and application of the lean business approach
