Primary Objectives:

To interact with the customers/clients in order to answer questions, resolve support issues, improve credibility, and nurture relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with social media posts: writing copy, uploading/scheduling and posting images and Video on Agora and other platforms 
  2. Schedule client monthly shoots, coordinate between clients and creative team, VIA PHONE/EMAIL
  3. Good intuitive writer of short descriptions provoking clicks and curiosity on Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin (this can be trained, but ninja should show interest and promise)
  4. Comfortable using social media platforms including: YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook (Ninja must be excited about and into social media!)
  5. Scheduling events and production (Ninja must be extremely detailed oriented and excited to build long term relationships with points of contacts they will be scheduling with regularly)
  6. Emailing monthly media performance reports to clients
  7. Team player and quick learner


  1. Must have experience in Customer Service
  2. Must be detail oriented and be comfortable making phone calls to schedule appointments across time zones
  3.  Must be very fluent speaking and writing English
  4.  Must know how to use Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, fluently and must be extremely excited about social media and posting!
  5.  Personable and outgoing
  6. Previous social media moderation experience is a plus
