Job Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinates and assists the Operational Leadership in clerical and administrative-related tasks
  2. Serves as the primary point of contact for file and data management; creates and maintains a database of business-related information and requirements
  3. Coordinates and maintains internal and external stakeholder relations
  4. Prepares and maintains operations documents and reports
  5. Liaises within the Operations management to ensure smooth operations delivery
  6. Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures.
  7. Builds and maintains the strong relationship through regular meetings and communications
  8. Identifies problems in the operations process and suggests resolutions in a quick and timely manner.
  9. Follows standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
  10. Maintains clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes

Qualifications:

  1. College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
  2. 2 or more years of RTA or Workforce experience in the BPO setting
  3. Deep understanding and extensive knowledge in Data Analytics & Data visualization
  4. High level of Prioritization & Organization, Stakeholder Management, Interdepartmental Coordination and Relationship
  5. Has immense orientation in the English language
  6. Experienced in the administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, file management, and other office procedurals and terminologies
  7. Tech and internet savvy; able to understand and apply systems’ guidelines
  8. Required multi-tasking ability; well-rounded in terms of integrating system process and communicating
  9. Effective time-consciousness; sensible in processing concerns in a timely manner, provide customers and clients committed date of follow up
