Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
  2. Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
  3. Oversee design components and be up to date on the latest UX UI
  4. Help departments use technology profitably
  5. Maintain standards around code development and documentation
  6. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  7. Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  8. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  9. Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
  10. Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors
  11. Setting a vision for how technology will be used in the company
  12. Outline the goals for research and development
  13. Protecting client data during system changes and configuration updates
  14. Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards



  1. Proven experience as a CTO, VP of engineering or similar leadership role
  2. Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
  3. Experience working with outsourced development teams
  4. 8 years working in a technological role
  5. 5 years of managerial experience
  6. Advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology
  7. Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future
  8. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
  9. Understanding of budgets and business-planning
  10. Exceptional team management skills
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication
  12. Ability to delegate efficiently
  13. Leadership and organizational abilities
  14. Strategic thinking
  15. Problem-solving aptitude
