Job Responsibilities:

  1. Filing and maintaining employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  2. Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  3. Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc
  4. Process all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  5. Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development programs
  6. Prepare government reports as to remain in compliance
  7. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  8. Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Director and HR Specialist
  9. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of the meeting
  10. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  11. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
  12. Address concerns pertaining to the HRIS


  1. He/she holds a degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field or equivalent knowledge and understanding
  2. He/she must have at least 1-year experience as an HR generalist or 2 years experience as HR Assistant
  3. He/she has excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to communicate with employees and suppliers at all levels
  4. He/she must have an exposure on Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, People Skills, Retaining Employees
  5. He/she has knowledge in any HRIS
  6. He/she is knowledgeable in MS Office
