Job Responsibilities:

  1. Delivers group and individual instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas in a specified field
  2. Develops training curricula and recommending or utilizing vendor programs meeting instructional goals and objectives
  3. Formulates training outlines and determines instructional methods utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops
  4. Selects or developing training aids including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works
  5. Coordinates administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs
  6. Evaluates the effectiveness of training and development programs, and utilizing relevant evaluation data to revise or recommend changes in instructional objectives and methods
  7. Assists in analyzing and assessing training and development needs for individuals, departments, and/or external organizations
  8. Immerses oneself to account processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in education, business, psychology, human resources, information technology, or related field
  2. Two (2) years’ previous experience as a technical trainer, in a BPO setup
  3. Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), Google Suite, and instructional software
  4. Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and training platforms
  5. Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
  6. Excellent issue management and problem-solving skills
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
  8. Experience in instructional design and great presentation skills
