To provide basic health care services to employees. Company Nurses are responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery, promoting health, and assisting injured employees. This role is to improve employee retention levels and reducing healthcare costs. Company Nurses should demonstrate teamwork, observation spirit, company policies knowledge, and communication abilities.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services
  • Collaborate with outside resources for program development, such as healthcare providers, third-party administrators, legal advisors, medical director, regulatory agencies, etc.
  • Responsible for assuring the appropriate access and utilization of healthcare services
  • Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical nursing guidelines
  • Guide and direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services
  • Manage all cases to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work
  • Validates workers’ compensation, short- and long-term disability cases
  • Assessed job hazards and incorporated health promotion strategies to minimize accidents


  • Must be a Registered Nurse
  • With at least 1 year of Nursing experience (clinical/company)
  • With valid BOSH Certificate and First Aid/BLS Certificate
