A Day in the Life
Build relationships with new prospects. Find solutions to problems. Make people’s lives easier and more effective. Sound good? These are the things that our Sales team gets to focus on while they manage potential customers each day. They are opportunity finders and are looking to not just find new customers, but build lasting partnerships with the people they are engaging with. We’ll provide you with targets and it is up to you to dial and nurture the leads to hand off to the account executive. The sky's the limit on success. Yes, there is the normal tracking in a CRM each day, but you have the freedom to operate and pursue your leads, however, works best for you.

Training & Development
Thorough training on SupportNinja and our offerings will be provided upon start. We will get you up and running as quickly as possible. A 90-day action plan will be created to help move you toward success.
