SupportNinja is a US and Philippine-based business process outsourcing company. The mission for the Sales Development Specialist is to help grow SupportNinja’s client base  through effective prospecting and sales qualification techniques while demonstrating leadership both within the organization and with current and potential clients. As with all employees SupportNinja Sales Development Specialists are expected to  uphold the SupportNinja Core values of ; Client Centric, Employee Focus, Always Be Humble, Collectively Bring Joy, No BS. The Account Executive will be reporting directly to Sales Director.

Job Scope:

What you will be doing for SupportNinja

  1. Embody the five company Core Values
  2. Drive performance and productivity of the people and programs within his or her purview through assertive and proactive hands on approach.
  3. Understand and communicate the SupportNinja service offering and the value it brings to clients.
  4. Staying abreast of BPO Industry trends and competitors
  5. Communicating customer feedback to management and client services around how we can improve our offering
  6. Prospecting to uncover new potential clients to be followed up on and qualified for Account Executives
  7. Maintain accurate reporting and adhere to task management process inside Pipedrive
  8. Proactively communicating daily with potential customers in a consultative sales approach
  9. Fielding inbound request and appropriately following up for qualification if needed via email or phone
  10. Outbounding to prospective clients and prospect list generated by marketing.  Expectation is 70 + calls per day.
  11. Evaluate and test tools that will help the company better identify target prospects.

Measurements of Success

Exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and activity metrics ( See Scorecard )

Maintain a Prospect to Sales Qualified Conversion rate of 5% outbound 25% inbound

Maintaining accurate records inside Pipedrive from Prospect to SQL


OUTCOME 1: Drive Client Growth

  1. Find,  Identify and Qualify prospects on a daily basis through data mining and email communication with prospects.
  2. Promptly and quickly respond to all client request within 2 hours.  
  3. Be humble and honest with clients and employees at all time


OUTCOME 2: Effectively Execute on SupportNinja Sales Strategy


  1. Use all sales tools and processes that have been rolled out to execute on the sales strategy
  2. Maintain accurate and timely reporting to management on activities or request
  3. Participate in all sales team meetings
  4. Regularly communicate with cross functional teams regarding the dissemination of client information.  This includes, client services, marketing, and training teams
  5. Be open to coaching and feedback from all SupportNinja team members
  6. Willingness to leave your comfort zone in order to improve professionally and help the company achieve goals.
  7. Communicate regularly with the Sales Director to avoid  ambiguity or lack of clear direction
  8. Develop a relationship with AE’s  that promotes team and company success
