JOB SCOPE : The Customer Service Associate attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.



  1. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints via phone, email & chat.
  2. Answering questions and documenting sales details from inbound calls, 95% pertain to their top brand (
  3. Billing inquiries and retention, preventing account closure.
  4. Basic tech support to their brands, assist with the basic downloading of code. (
  5. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints chat.
  6. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  7. Confident to stop a user from cancelling a SAAS product. 
  8. Order taking, documenting details of inbound requests for the product.


  1. Sales experience is a plus.
  2. Strong English speaking skills, ability to speak confidently about the brand. 
  3. Interest in software, strength in sales/knowledgeable.
  4. Knowledge on the brands/products (Listed above) is a plus.
  5. Must have experience with supporting software. 
  6. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  7. Can work in shifting schedule.
