As our Employee Engagement Coordinator, you are responsible for nurturing and growing employee engagement. You create, plan and facilitate inspiring employee initiatives, events, perks and celebrations of all kind to advance and maintain our culture of excellence. You welcome any opportunity to make someone's day amazing and are fully invested in doing whatever it takes to create an engaged workforce. This position will work closely with the Employee Engagement Head to design and execute activities designed to enrich morale and employee commitment. This position will support leadership efforts to foster a culture of engagement and empowerment that consistently values our employee workforce. Maintains a commitment to, and ability to convey, Galls mission with genuine passion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Embody the Five Company Core Values.
  2. Demonstrate the SNI values and develop new ways of working where appropriate to maximize business impact through your work.
  3. EE Coordinator will be working closely and under the supervision of the Employment Engagement Head.Work collaboratively with all the departments .
  4. Be able to come up with different activities, events and programs that are aligned and stay true to the company core values and meet the employment engagement needs.
  5. Helps in the legwork of all activities and events in SNI.
  6. Prepare and write articles for every activity or event accomplish to be posted in Basecamp .
  7. Employ necessary photo or video documentation of every event and activity for internal reportorial compliance..
  8. Prepare and organize needed documentation before and after events.
  9. Provide timely and accurate reports and updates to the Employment Engagement Head related to productivity, idea generation, expenses, etc.
  10. Use a range of employee feedback interventions to regularly update/inform activities, including SNI agent feedback and people metrics.
  11. Coordinate with SNI-marketing for extra collateral/marketing/design needs.
  12. Create and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and the likes whether for event needs or for networking purposes.
  13. Closed coordination with the EE Head when running events(end to end from ideation, planning, delegation, budgeting, execution, post-mortem) that are fun, tasteful, mostly unique, and engaging.
  14. Helps in ensuring of hitting the balance of philanthropic, social, and professional development (the three pillars) activities and programs.
  15. Leads and helps in SNI Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  16. Assist and coordinate with other departments on their internal communication needs as listed, but not limited below:
  17. .Recruitment - sourcing efforts, recruitment initiatives and incentives, etc.
  18. Office Services - planned outages, facilities updates, security protocol, BCP announcements, etc.
  19. HR - DOLE mandated trainings, HR policies (refreshers or roll outs)
  20. OPS - Promotions, client kudos, agent or client anniversaries

 

Qualifications and Essential Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource/Business Ad/ Marketing  or any related field.
  2. Preferably with at least one year  experience in similar work capacity.
  3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Looking for someone who is creative and can share ideas  in developing events and activities for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal.
  5. Experience in working with people, - Relationship Building Skills .
  6. Who can do multitasking and can manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously.
  7. Minimal supervision.
  8. Experienced within a project driven environment..
  9. Engaging - having a natural like of people: “ People-Oriented”.
  10. Proficient in MS Office applications : Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  11. Willing to work on shifting schedules  and if needs arises for weekends and holidays.
  12. Driving skills is a plus, Knowledge in adobe is a plus.
  13. Has skill in designing and doing layouts for some collaterals.
