Job Responsibilities:

  1. Guides team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
  2. Provides technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  3. Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  4. Identifies and encourages areas for growth and improvement within the team.
  5. Collaborates with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design,
  6. Develops, tests, and maintains web- and desktop-based business applications built using the available platform
  7. Assists in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates, and work plans.
  8. Prepares reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software.
  9. Designs, develops, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
  10. Participates in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
  11. Packages and supports deployment of releases.
  12. Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
  13. Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems.
  14. Assesses opportunities for application and process improvement and prepares documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
  15. Adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on time and on budget.
  16. Provides third-level support to business users.
  17. Researches and evaluates a variety of software products


  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  2. 3+ years experience as a Software Developer; 3+ years experience as Software Development Team Lead
  3. Prior experience in a technical leadership position
  4. High level of programming language proficiency such as C# and OpenXR
  5. Experience in Development with Unity or Unreal
  6. Game development & Zendesk experience
