Job Responsibilities:

  1. Performs liaison work to government agencies
  2. Sorts communications for delivery to concerned agencies
  3. Delivers all official documents/communications to concerned agencies
  4. Maintains records and statistics of official documents delivered
  5. Receive incoming correspondences and distribute or send outgoing letters/documents.
  6. Ensure that all the important transactions of the stores are properly documented and updated in the system promptly.
  7. Ensure timely preparation of reports and store documents.
  8. Ensure that all records and files are properly managed for easy retrieval.
  9. Meet with the superior and other personnel in the department to identify and resolve issues/problems, work activities, projects, and programs as well as existing systems and procedures.
  10. Answer queries regarding the department’s responsibilities and interfaces with the different organizational units



  1. Must be a graduate of Accounting, Business Administration major in Finance Management or any trade equivalent
  2. Must have at least 2 years of experience in performing finance liaison functions.
  3. Proficient in using Microsoft and Google office
  4. Must know the process of how to submit reportorial requirements and payments to government offices and banks and know how to properly archive documents. 
  5. Good comprehension and communication skills, and good problem solving and judgment skills with a reasonable level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, and able to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
