Duties and Responsibilities

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for providing administrative and logistical support of company-wide recruiting efforts. The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for the interview process and ensuring the smooth flow of the recruitment process from the initial interview to the next level interviews and assessments.

  1. Supports talent acquisition efforts by sourcing qualified candidates and conducting interviews
  2. Performs end-to-end recruitment to all role types; Admin & Operations Roles, from rank-and-file to managerial family, Team Lead, Team Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Director of Operations
  3. Assists Recruitment and Sourcing Unit with job fairs and college recruiting events
  4. Coordinates with Recruitment Leaders in planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  5. Maintains candidate relationship after being forwarded from sourcing to onboarding; Fosters long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  6. Coordinates regularly with hiring managers and client services for business and hiring demands
  7. Assesses candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using available Applicant Tracking System; Receives walk-in or referred applicants
  8. Prepares and routes applicant’s files for final acceptance; Receives final acceptance from hired applicants and issues list of requirements for strict compliance
  9. Assists in conducting pre-employment exams and/or trade test and evaluates results of applicants
  10. Exhibit outstanding salesmanship and camaraderie towards hiring managers
  11. Coordinate internally with hiring managers for scheduling of interviews and follows up on feedback for shortlisting
  12. Coordinates to external linkages on hiring activities to create a comprehensive pool of talents for the continuous requirement of the company
  13. Suggests and implements recruiting plans and strategies as collaborated with the Recruitment Supervisor and as advised by the Management to meet current or anticipated staffing needs
  14. Builds and maintains networks of contacts in different institutions, universities, trade groups, association memberships, social media, and referrals from existing employees
  15. Keeps updated with the current best practices in recruitment


  1. Must be a graduate of Psychology or Human Resource or any related field; Registered Psychometrician is a plus
  2. With at least 1 year of related experience in Corporate & C-Level Recruitment.
  3. Must be well-rounded in the end-to-end recruitment process from Manpower Request to Onboarding.
  4. Must be organized, results-driven, and must show passion in Recruitment.
  5. Must have people handling skills, Customer Service oriented and can meet tight deadlines
  6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  7. Good communication and platform skills
  8. Business acumen and ethical practice
  9. Able to manipulate simple to complex information and data
  10. Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans
  11. Well-versed and comfortable with in person and phone networking 
  12. Keen to details
