Talent Marketing Manager

 

We are looking for a Talent Marketing Manager for our global team. You would help define and execute our employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy and will work in close partnership with the talent acquisition team. As a Talent Marketing Manager, you will be identifying appropriate sourcing and marketing levers to build top of funnel demand and effectively and efficiently attract candidates. 

 

As a Talent Marketing Manager, you must have proven experience in developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment marketing plan that achieves results. This leader should be data-driven with expertise in developing campaign plans and tactics, creating in-person and virtual experiences, and leveraging both digital and non-digital channels to engage our targeted audiences. This professional should also have experience in attracting talent in diverse markets, so a focus on different cultures and how imagery, language and tone impacts success will be important. You must be detailed-oriented and committed to executing on multiple assignments on tight deadlines.

 

What You’ll Own

 

  • Optimize the recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy
  • Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels for a variety of jobs from high volume production to professional and technical roles.
  • Execute and own digital and traditional programs, events, and campaigns from beginning to end.
  • Partner closely across marketing and recruitment teams to ensure proper brand positioning, messaging, timing, and execution of ongoing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital advertising.
  • Oversight of digital recruitment properties/presence and content across geographies 
  • Proactively partner with talent acquisition for ongoing needs and feedback on strategy effectiveness.
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance and deliver campaign performance briefs.
  • • Use automation and tools to improve processes and productivity
  • • Execute campaigns to market toward personas and implement relevant strategies across markets, locations, and competitive landscapes.
  • • Collaborates across multiple teams and pro-actively seeks out training, development, and modern digital techniques to become a better marketer

 

Qualifications

 

• 3+ years of experience delivering substantial results in high volume hiring sourcing/marketing, ideally including local marketing programs, and conveying employee value proposition

• Proven track of record of building, managing, and optimizing large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (verbal and written)

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment

• Data and results driven

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA a plus
