Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:


The ideal candidate will cultivate relationships with prospective clients in order to catalyze business development success. This individual will schedule meetings with clients in order to understand their needs. They will also work closely with sales and marketing teams to uncover new leads. 


  • Identify potential new business by responding to all inbound leads and determine whether the lead is a viable match based on SupportNinjas established LOB’s
  • Provide each potential lead with a strong first impression of SupportNinja
  • Coordinate with the Sales & the Marketing team to generate new strategies for expanding SupportNinjas sales pipeline, while consistently meeting revenue goals
  • Identify potential prospects through email, outbound phone calls and social media
  • Recognize key buying influencers within these prospects
  • Manage contact information, market data, qualifiers and other prospective client data, and accurately record information through the use of SupportNinja’s CRM system
  • Serve as liaison between potential sales qualified customers and the Account Executive team.
  • Engage with unresponsive prospects to bring them back in contact with the Account Executive
  • Handle chat inquiries within the SupportNinja website
  • Initiate outreach to book meetings and boost attendance for SupportNinja events, hosted dinners, and AE conference meetups.




Must Have Skills/Experience


  • Strong technology/computer skills
  • Experience using a CRM or contact management software
  • Research and inquisitive mind; able to look at data from different perspectives
  • Able to demonstrate a consistent desire to learn and stay on top of sales trends and information
  • Is a nerd for data, automation, and process improvement
